Practical tips
- Use STAR for behavioural questions: Situation, Task, Action, Result.
- Focus on what you did, not just what the team did.
- End with a result — and how you know it worked.
- Prepare five or six real stories you can adapt to different questions.
What to know
- Questions are realistic practice questions, not predictions of what a particular employer will ask.
- Example answers describe fictional candidates and are labelled as examples — use your own experience.
- Practice is currently text-based. Interview practice is included on the Pro and Premium plans.
