AI CV Builder

A good CV makes your real experience easy to scan. QuickApplyPilot's CV builder gives you structured sections, clean single-column templates that parse well, and optional AI suggestions to sharpen your wording — you approve every change.

How it works

  1. 1

    Enter your details

Add contact details, experience, education, skills, certifications, projects, languages and volunteer work. Skip sections that don't apply.

  2. 2

    Improve with AI (optional)

Select a section and ask for clearer wording, stronger bullet points or better grammar. You see the original and the suggestion side by side and choose Accept, Edit or Reject.

  3. 3

    Choose a template and export

Preview your CV in a clean template and download a PDF. Keep several versions for different roles.

Practical tips

  • Start each bullet with an action verb and describe what changed because of your work.
  • Use numbers only when they are real — if you don't have one, describe the scope instead (team size, number of clients, frequency).
  • Keep it to one or two pages; trim older or less relevant roles.
  • Use standard headings such as Experience, Education and Skills so recruiters and software can find information quickly.
  • Tailor your summary and top bullets for each type of role you apply to.

What to know

  • AI suggestions can be wrong or generic — always review them before accepting.
  • The AI will not invent employers, dates, qualifications or metrics. Where a figure would help, it adds a placeholder like [add number] for you to fill in or remove.
  • Template layouts are designed for readability; different employers' systems may still read CVs differently.
