Terms of Service

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms govern your use of QuickApplyPilot at quickapplypilot.com, operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Nigeria ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

QuickApplyPilot provides tools to create CVs and cover letters, compare CVs with job descriptions, track applications, search job listings from third-party sources and practise interviews. We do not act as a recruiter or employer.

2. No guarantees of outcomes

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, shortlisting, acceptance by any applicant tracking system, salaries or visa outcomes. CV check scores are our own estimates and are not employer ATS scores or hiring probabilities.

3. Your account

4. Your content and honesty

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your CVs, cover letters and applications are truthful. Do not use QuickApplyPilot to misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity.

5. AI-generated content

AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review all AI output before using it. AI-assisted sections are labelled in the editor, and nothing is applied to your CV without your approval.

6. Job listings

Listings come from third-party providers or are added by our team. We link to the original source and do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current or still open. Always verify details — including location and work-authorisation requirements — with the employer.

7. Subscriptions and billing

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other consumer protection laws that apply to you.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. If we can't, disputes will be decided by the courts of Nigeria, without affecting any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will email you about material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
